Earlier repayment, in full or in part, is possible at any time.
§ 5 Late payment
If a payment is not made on time, statutory default interest applies (§ 288 German Civil Code). Where a calendar date is set for the payment, no reminder is required (§ 286 German Civil Code).
§ 6 Receipt and return
For every payment the lender issues a receipt on request. Once the loan has been repaid in full, this promissory note is returned (§§ 368, 371 German Civil Code).
§ 7 Final provisions
Changes and additions to this agreement must be made in writing. Each party receives a signed copy.
