Loan between private individuals

Name, residing at Address, born on Date of birth, ID card number ID number (borrower), confirms having received from Name, residing at Address (lender), a loan of Amount EUR (in words: Amount in words) in cash.

The loan is interest-free.

The loan is to be repaid in full by Date.

Earlier repayment, in full or in part, is possible at any time.

If a payment is late, statutory default interest applies (§ 288 German Civil Code).

Once the loan has been repaid in full, this promissory note will be returned.
